About us

FCM was established in Traralgon in 2016 and has since grown to a team of over 90 employees. Over this time, we have successfully completed a variety of mining, civil and small building projects in conjunction with associated support services in the Latrobe Valley mining sector.

 

Our management approach, with an emphasis on safety, environment, quality and client communications, has seen many successful projects completed where interaction and integration with existing operational plant has been of the utmost importance.

 

Our staff have built a reputation for excellence and been recognised nationally by the Institute of Engineers Australia for their achievements.

 

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects and services in a timely and efficient manner always aiming to exceed our client’s expectations. We are committed to and focused on safety and hold our suppliers and partners to the same standards, striving for a zero-harm workplace.
